Personal Description:
By profession I am a Business Intelligence Developer and Data Analyst with programming skills and professional qualifications in Microsoft SQL Server and FastStats. Graduated from Kingston University with a First Class Honours in BSc Actuarial Mathematics and Statistics with A grades in Maths and Further Maths at A Levels. My research and understanding in mathematics and statistical analysis means I can explore and teach my technical knowledge with confidence.
I have programming experiences in and am comfortable coding using SQL (Transact Structured Query Language), MySQL, VBA, Powershell, C#, R and others.
Teaching Experience:
With more than 1000 hours of tuition and a proven track record for improving student grades by at least a level. My teaching experiences include teaching Mathematics in Outstanding schools, Judgemeadow Secondary School, The Martin High School and Hampton Academy. I have also completed a successful project to develop creativity in Mathematics at Regent College.
My extensive experience means I can tutor all Exam boards including Edexcel, OCR and AQA and all A Level Mathematics and Further Mathematics modules such as C1, C2, C3, C4, M1, M2, M3, S1, S2, S3, FP1, FP2 and FP3 (Core, Statistics, Mechanics and Further Pure modules).
Tutoring Approach:
With my calm and attentive manner, I have the ability to assess and challenge students to maximise their potential to be able to gain excellent results. I employ a personal and dynamic approach to help increase efficiency in learning and to add value to time and prioritise the learning experience.
