Personal Description:
I am a 28 year old student of Business and English as a Foreign Language. I was born in Germany and came to the UK in 2004 in order to improve my language skills. In 2006, I decided to take up a course at university and I have always enjoyed teaching languages. In my spare time, I enjoy singing musical songs and directing theatre plays and on an active front, I like skiing, scuba diving and travelling.
Teaching Experience:
In Germany, I used to be a private tutor for a Russian family which meant teaching 2 boys aged 12 and 10 as well as their grandmother. From 2004 to 2006, I worked as a language assistant at a secondary school in Bristol where I taught individuals, groups and whole classes in order to prepare them for their GCSEs or A-levels.
Tutoring Approach:
Regarding the tutoring, I am happy to do whatever the student needs. I can help with homework, do GCSE or A-level specific exercises or prepare students for a holiday or a stay abroad. I would be happy to teach individuals and groups at all ages and at all levels.
