Information About Lisa:
Personal Description:
I am an Australian born Visual Arts and History secondary teacher. I also have taught English to students in years 7- 11. I am now living in London on a long term basis and wanting to continue to tutor students and enhance their learning and understanding of school work. I can make your school learning easy and fun!
Teaching Experience:
I have worked in Australian schools for a year and in London for 8 months. I have also tutored students in Australia in Visual Arts, History and English. I am always taking on new programs to improve my own learning so thats i can further improve my students learning.
Tutoring Approach:
We all have our own way of learning. My approach to tutoring ensures that the particular learning style of the child is met and used so that students can perform to the best of their potential. Being a younger teacher I believe I can connect with students and make learning more relevant to them, therefore enhancing both students interest and understanding!
I enjoy being organised and prepared for all my students and will strive to have the best materials for any students I tutor! I believe education is the key to success and I am extremely passionate about teaching and making learning fun.
