Personal Description:
I studied Linguistics and Literature at Bosphorus University in Istanbul before embarking on my teaching career. With a deep love for teaching and a passion for sharing my beautiful native language, I have been working as a private tutor for over 20 years. I moved to the UK in 2019 to establish my start-up, in Berkshire.

I am a member of The Tutors' Association. I have a DBS certificate, public liability and personal indemnity insurance.

Teaching Experience:
I have been teaching Turkish as a foreign language for the past two decades. I have taught executives, business professionals, diplomats, academics, students, housewives, children from different countries, and a wide range of backgrounds at all levels from beginners to proficiency.

Tutoring Approach:
Learning Turkish is like playing with lego. Throughout the years, I developed a unique method that gives you the building blocks to be able to put a sentence together and speak Turkish from the very first lesson!

Classes are specifically designed for your interests and needs. All materials to be used for the lessons will be provided by me and will be free of charge. I do not drag you down with grammar. Instead you achieve conversational fluency, you learn the right words the right way, you have first-hand experience with the Turkish culture and enjoy the language learning journey.
