I started working as a tutor in London and Surrey in 2013/2014, mainly for students who had been excluded from school. In 2015 I relocated and began tutoring private clients in East Anglia. I am patient and am used to explaining concepts in several different ways to find the way that works for each individual. I focus on helping students understand the 'why' not just the 'how.' Constant review is key in Maths and I build this into every lesson.

I love working with young people and am passionate about providing students with the best possible education that will benefit them throughout their adult lives. I love seeing them grow in confidence and ability as well as developing a real enjoyment of the subject. It is quite common for my students to experience a transformation in how they feel about their own abilities in maths and they frequently go on to be amongst the highest achievers in their respective cohorts.
