I love sharing what I have learned, not only from University, but also from my life experiences. I believe that learning another language is not about grammar, but about understanding the culture that conveys its ideas throught that language.

Teaching Experience:
I engaged in a number of student tutoring positions when I was doing my Bachelor's in Communication and Journalism. There, I helped my peers to improve their writing skills. You can be sure that I am way better than Duolingo.

I'm Evan, a Chemistry undergraduate at the University of Oxford. I'm passionate about education and would love the opportunity to help you succeed in achieving your goals. I have experience tutoring in both Maths and Chemistry, and am currently a maths tutor for the EasyA app.

I believe that a successful education requires solid understanding at every level. Education must not have holes, like a Swiss cheese, and so I will ensure that a student has fully grasped and internalised a concept before progressing. I've been teaching languages 1 on 1 and in classes for around 4.5 years, and running my own language school since January 2020.

I use scientifically proven memory techniques which are both fun and highly effective to help people easily learn and remember vocabulary and grammar in a foreign language. I also give you conversational practice as well as show you how to read and write in the language
