Although I learned all my foreign languages through a rigorous method very much based on writing and grammar, I am happy to adapt my method to my pupil's needs. I am a person who has an active and dynamic approach to work and getting things done, skills which have served me well to ensure variety while working with students from different ages in order to design creative and innovative lessons. I am a supportive and an effective listener who adapts to all situations, which enables me to create positive and comfortable learning atmospheres. As my teaching abilities have developed, I have demonstrated that I have the capacity to identify students' needs easily. This helps me to find different teaching strategies in order to provide students better ways of learning and thinking which would suit their specific needs.
