I have lived in England for around 25 years, am married to an Englishman and have a 12 year old, completely bi-lingual daughter.
I have 11 years' experience of teaching Spanish as a tutor at Sutton Coldfield College, where I delivered both GCSE and A level classes.
I am therefore comfortable in teaching Spanish to people of all ages, whether it be toddlers or retirees. I did Spanish Studies as a degree in Huelva (near Seville), and later enrolled in an MA for Spanish Teaching as a Foreign Language in my home town, Granada. I then moved to the UK to work as an Assistant Teacher of Spanish in London, which led me to taking the PGCE course and acquiring Qualified Teacher Status. I am currently a teacher of Spanish at Secondary level in inner Birmingham.
