I have amassed a broad range of teaching and coaching experiences in recent years. These include, most recently, preparing and delivering seminars on Spanish and French language, translation, and culture to undergraduate students at Cardiff University. I provide a personalised approach to each of the learners that I tutor. I adopt a holistic approach to teaching, getting to know the learner and assessing their academic needs thoroughly, before planning and implementing a personalised programme of work. I will use a combination of written and active methods of teaching to engage the learner and make the subject more enjoyable. I use current approaches in line with Curriculum for Excellence (CfE). I have been a Spanish Teacher and an English Teacher since 2002, and have worked as a Secondary Spanish Teacher and as a Secondary French Teacher.
