I grew up in Russia, got my Bachelor's degree in St Petersburg (Regional Studies, Central and Eastern Europe) and after this I made a life changing decision to move to the UK.
I know what the language barrier is. I experienced the difficulties of moving into a new country and accepting a new culture.
I will be happy to become your learning companion and make your learning journey smooth.
I never stop learning myself. I work as an interpreter and, therefore, I constantly expand my knowledge in different spheres of life.

Teaching Experience:
I have experience in tutoring beginner's Russian and I am happy to continue helping others learn this amazing language. Beginner's level is the foundation of your future success in communication.

My professional experience in the UK covers a great range of topics for discussions (finance, insurance, travel) which will boost your confidence in speaking. I will guide you through the correct and appropriate use of grammar structures. You will get invaluable advice on how to improve your writing skills too!

I try to tailor lessons to your interests, so that your memory works better by easily absorbing vocabulary and grammar structures. Why not to learn how to say "Let's do it!" by singing a song, or memorize days of the week in Russian by reading a bed time story from your childhood?
