I am the author of four scientific publications in the field of linguistic relations in Russian, English and Tatar.

While living in the UK I have worked as a freelance tutor and translator for Scottish&Newcastle, Scottish Parliament, NHS and Rudolf Steiner School. I am really proud of the fact that among my students are people of different ages, knowledge of Russian and purposes of learning it and who are professionals in different fields for example in language and science teaching, sales and marketing, medical research, social work, to name just a few.

Always try to make students interested in the subject I teach. Create a ftiendly and an encouraging learning environment. Not afraid to praise them even if they do not get immediate good results. I have been a personal tutor for English grammar, German, and Russian for two years now. I have been teaching my students regularly once a week, and I have received positive feedback for my teaching methods, as well as my approach when helping to improve my students' language levels.

Any cancellations or changing of schedules should be noted within 24 hours at least.

I helped second-year boy to achieve his excellence in math and he was able to jump over a year ahead, and tuned up his sister.
Although I had my best experience in one-to-one tutoring (for young Latvian girl), I believe the most effort is to be gifted by family.

I believe that open trustful communicative method is the best way to advance personal skills. I use a variety of activities and tasks to make sessions engaging but also challenging and productive. D - DSL: Design to Production, dialogues based (seminarium) subject based instructions to develop own Design Skills Laboratory.

I am a native speaker of Russian and a Head of a very successful Russian department in a grammar school in London. I teach pupils from year 7 to 13.
I have been teaching languages in the UK for the past 25 years and pride myself in helping my students achieve their dream of studying Russian at Oxbridge and other Russel group universities.
