I have been in Edinburgh for almost 11 years and have been a tutor in Russian, freelance interpreter and translator for all this time. I am the author of four scientific publications in the field of linguistic relations in Russian, English and Tatar.

While living in the UK I have worked as a freelance tutor and translator for Scottish&Newcastle, Scottish Parliament, NHS and Rudolf Steiner School. I am really proud of the fact that among my students are people of different ages, knowledge of Russian and purposes of learning it and who are professionals in different fields for example in language and science teaching, sales and marketing, medical research, social work, to name just a few.

Always try to make students interested in the subject I teach. Create a ftiendly and an encouraging learning environment. Not afraid to praise them even if they do not get immediate good results. Tend to get feedback from them. Plan carefully each lesson. Use the Internet and PC in preparing for lessons. My teaching approach focuses on both fluency and accuracy. I work on developing all 4 core skills of the target language: speaking, listening, reading and writing. My ESOL students have all achieved a 100% exam pass rate.

I am a friendly and easy going person from St. Petersburg. I live in a small town in England with my family and two cats. We enjoy going on long walks In the countryside, cooking pies and watching movies. I am a highly enthusiastic and committed teacher and get the best out of my students. Teaching Experience:
I have lived and worked in UK since 2000. I have substantial teaching experience working with children of all ages and their families. My working experience ranges from working in the children centres and pre-schools to working in a primary school. I enjoy teaching Russian and English to bilingual/ multilingual children at a weekend school.

I talk a lot with kids and bridge interest within their enthusiasm, find the launch platforms and then children show the magic synergy.
I give a free engagement session on the first meet and spare some thoughts with parent - who may subsequently lead themselves.
I seek a prize together with student in achievements competition, thus, constructive dialogue way with parents shall be established.

Teaching Experience:
I have lived working in the UK since 2006. I have substantial experience working with children of primary ages and their families.
I helped second-year boy to achieve his excellence in math and he was able to jump over a year ahead, and tuned up his sister.
Although I had my best experience in one-to-one tutoring (for young Latvian girl), I believe the most effort is to be gifted by family.
My experience ranges from working with pupil and pre-schools as an assistant to tune their concentration and aim achievements.
I enjoy teaching Russian, Writing Skills, Mathematics, Geometry and develop more advanced skills in design, modeling, drafting.
I also tutored advanced skills in AutoCAD for student professional standing. Skype connection or a call is efficient without travel.
It is not only me giving, so much effort shall be taken by the student to take it; and, it is only multiplied, when a parent is involved.

B - bio: Biology to Yoga, 6-months to 9 months, (ideally year) environment based, observation and discovery research on Universe.
C - cad: Computer Aided Design, 1-month short (include BH) to 10-months intensive drawing skills from Brain's Hand to Digital PC.
D - DSL: Design to Production, dialogues based (seminarium) subject based instructions to develop own Design Skills Laboratory.
