He has independently composed, produced, and released solo albums, as well as soundtracks for theatre productions and songs for other artists. Beginning his music career in 1992, Paolo is also an accomplished singer and guitarist who has performed across Europe and collaborated with numerous international artists.

His unique writing style has evolved over years of traveling, literary studies, and ongoing poetic exploration, which earned him first prize in poetry at the Pirandello Stable Festival in 2012.

Paolo's theatre and cinema career began in 1998. I enjoy finding ways to explain things to people that makes the complicated, easy. What I think sets me apart is my philosophy. Education isn't a one-size-fits-all process. It's a personal journey, and everyone has their unique rhythm and route. Whatever aspect of the subject is proving challenging, whether that's understanding the concepts or working according to the mark scheme, I hope to help students overcome it in a way that works for them and gets them a grade they truly deserve. I would point the way and show them examples at each step.

Not a single person in this world sees things exactly the same way; I would show my students how to take the ideas in their head and to synthesise pieces of evidence and analyse the content in an academic and structured way to get their points across with impact. My intention is not simply to share my techniques but rather to use them as a springboard and get to know my students so that, together, we can figure out ways of studying that really work for them.
