Hello! I'm Kallia, an experienced, qualified teacher. I mainly teach English and support students of ages 4-18, in a variety of skills such as reading, writing, comprehension and exam practice.

I am a qualified counsellor with a background in Psychology and I run a small private therapy practice alongside tutoring and teaching. I therefore have a lot of real life examples to use during my Psychology tutoring specifically as I am an active professional member of the mental health field. I am patient, friendly and creative in my approach to tutoring. I aim to make lessons fun and engaging. I value building good working relationships with my students and so I get to know each unique person and tailor the examples I give during lessons to their personal background and interests. I am also able to adapt content to suit differing learning styles and needs.
