I started working as a tutor in London and Surrey in 2013/2014, mainly for students who had been excluded from school. In 2015 I relocated and began tutoring private clients in East Anglia. I took up a role as 'PAL' leader at my university where I was given a classroom of 20 first year psychology students. Although the role involved me 'facilitating' instead of 'teaching'. I have over 10 years of experience teaching A Level Psychology, during which I have consistently helped students achieve strong outcomes. As the lead teacher for small group interventions, I successfully supported students in raising their grades through evidence-informed strategies. Additionally, I have over 9 years of leadership experience, working with teachers across multiple subjects to enhance their classroom practice and improve student achievement.

Additionally, I have been a lead examiner for 9 years whilst examining for two exam boards from GCSE to A-Level within the UK and internationally!
