I am a graduate in Physics with Astrophysics, which was a four year degree, which included me living and learning in Italy. My degree was challenging yet enjoyable, and contained a lot of Maths, which to me was great! I am a Turkish Cypriot and I am quite familiar to the GCSE and A-level curriculum. Apart from my academic background I'd like to address couple more stuff I have in my life. First off I have to state that I love learning and teaching new stuff, and also I believe teaching is the older brother of learning; as you can not say that you have learned something deeply if you are unable to teach it to someone that does not know it; like I play chess and have been the 6th table player of my municipality's chess team. Even though I have attended many many games with that team I was not aware of the fact that thinking simple would actually be a benefit in any game, and I realized this when last year I have aided an association's chess team in stars category as an educator. Personal Description:
I am an experienced Chemistry teacher working in London. I am Head of Faculty of a large science department and teach Chemistry to A level, and Biology and Physics to GCSE. I hold a first class honours degree in chemistry and completed my teacher training (chemistry) and my MA in Science Education with King's College London. In addition I am an examiner for one of the larger exam boards.

Teaching Experience:
I have been teaching and tutoring for over a decade now.

Tutoring Approach:
I have an innate feature of make learning energetic and bringing about enthusiasm within students so that they continue to harness their learning naturally, without my presence. One main aim of my tutoring position is to employ students with key skills needed to efficiently revise, especially independently. Thus during crucial tuition periods, more time is spent approaching exam content, such as examination questions and reports and picking upon more complex revision content. However, all content is still taught from basic to the most highest of levels, to ensure full understanding of all topics as a whole. My students excel beyond teaching content in class and expected grades. I am a very efficient, yet calm and tutor and have a large amount of teaching experience which I would like to emanate.

Personal Description:
I have over 20 years of tutoring experience and specialise in AQA/ OCR A Level Physics and Edexcel Maths. I also teach both subjects for GCSE. I have a First Class Honours degree in Electrical Engineering and a BA in Maths. I am a MIEE and a CEng.

Teaching Experience:
I have been tutoring maths and physics for over 20 years, full time for the past 10 years. I teach AQA, Edexcel, OCR(A) and WJEC. I teach both UK and international students and my focus is sound principles and building student motivation to achieve excellent examination results.

Tutoring Approach:
My approach is to build lessons around the very latest past paper questions pertinent to the requirements of each student. I focus on exam technique, strategy and question trends for each board.

I offer unlimited free support outside tutoring sessions by answering any questions via WhatsApp and help in using AI and other tools in the most advantageous ways.

I am a retired research engineer with degrees in engineering and maths. I am a Chartered Engineer, MIEE and also a member of Mensa.
