I have been a primary school teacher since 1986 and have worked across the age range from 6 to 11. North Liverpool Academy / Science and Maths TutorSeptember 2022 - March 2024As a Year 12, I tutored Year 11 students, and as a Year 13, I guided Year 12 students. I also led an after-school tutoring club, which eventually led to private tutoring requests from parents for students in the year below. This valuable experience helped me discover scientifically-proven tutoring and learning techniques, which I now share with students and apply daily.

Have over 100 hours of tutoring and helped students get 9's in GCSE subjects, currently working with A-Level students applying for medicine, particularly Oxford or Cambridge.
I offer guidance on personal statements, UCAS applications entrance exams (such as the UCAT), and interview preparation, including mock interviews. Many of my students have found the mock interviews and applications useful, with some getting above 3000 in the UCAT.
