I also have eighteen years of experience working in clinical biochemistry laboratories within the NHS. Before Bonn, I held research positions at Université Clermont Auvergne in France and at Lancaster University, and before that, did a doctorate in maths at Oxford. Personal Description:
I am currently employed as a maths excellence specialist, working towards my teaching qualification. I have a degree in mathematics as well as A-levels and GCSEs in the subject. I love helping others and find it extremely rewarding.

Teaching Experience:
I have been working in secondary schools since 2022. I am very passionate about maths and with my school I offer numerous tutoring sessions during the week to aid year 11s and further maths students. With my placement I offered remote tutoring where I received a very complimentary email from the head teacher after their child had joined and suggested my tutoring sessions were better than their own private tutor.

Tutoring Approach:
I start with a past paper to find any gaps in knowledge and plan accordingly to fill them gaps and correctly scaffold to achieve a strong understanding of the concepts. I will have questions pre-printed or available on my laptop depending on the topic.
