I Utilize Various Teaching Skills and Techniques to Address Individual Needs -

Each learner is unique and absorbs information in their own way, so I apply various teaching strategies and techniques tailored to each individual. To illustrate my approach, I categorize learners into children and adults. Children typically have a limited attention span but are drawn to games, stories, songs, and rhymes, so I incorporate interactive activities of this nature into the classroom. This approach helps words and sentences to be absorbed more easily and naturally, keeping the children fully focused and engaged. Colourful flashcards are both enjoyable and effective. After providing guidance and demonstrations, I encourage young learners to creatively construct their own phrases and simple sentences. Three weeks later I took a Chinese proficiency test and placed at mid-novice level (the test was aimed at people who had 120+ hours learning time, I had eight hours under my belt). I have a recent CRB check, Mandarin teaching experience at both private and state schools in London and East Sussex.
