I fell in love with the French language at an early age and went on to complete an honours degree in French Studies at the University of Birmingham. Hi, I'm Aysha - a Law graduate with an LLB (Hons), a masters graduate, and a Trainee Sheriff Officer. My journey through Scots law has been both academic and hands-on, giving me a solid foundation in legal theory and a real-world understanding of how the law works in practice. Teaching Experience:
I hold a PhD in Law from Glasgow Caledonian University, an LLM in International Human Rights Law from the University of Strathclyde, a Postgraduate Diploma in International Business Law, and an LLB. I am an Associate Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and have extensive experience in university-level teaching in the United Kingdom. I currently teach at a UK University. Previously, I taught at Glasgow Caledonian University as an associate lecturer for nearly two years. My teaching experience covers Contract Law, Tort Law, Company Law, Business Law, Human Rights Law, International Commercial Law, International Trade Law, International Investment Law, and criminology-related subjects.

Tutoring Approach:
My teaching approach is student-centred, interactive, and tailored to each learner's individual needs. I believe that students learn best when they understand not only what the law is, but also why it operates in a particular way and how legal principles apply in real-world situations. Therefore, I combine clear explanations of legal doctrines with practical examples, case analysis, and critical discussion.
