I was born and raised in Barcelona by a Spanish father and a French mother. I developed a strong interest in languages from a very young age as I learnt three languages as a child; Spanish, French, and Catalan at school. My mother who is a French teacher inspired me with her passion for teaching to further my studies to become a language teacher.

I am an Open University graduate having completed an BA(Hons) degree. My third year at University was spent abroad. I chose to teach in France for 7 months in two primary schools which I very much enjoyed.
