As an experience Deputy Head, English Teacher and GCSE Examiner I strive to create a welcoming and supportive environment for my students to feel as ease and confident when it comes to English and those all important exams. What excites me most is helping students find their own voice and witnessing the "lightbulb moment" when a complex text suddenly clicks.
