I have completed my PhD in Creative and Critical Writing at UEA. I also have an MA (Distinction) in Creative Writing from Royal Holloway, and a First Class Honours Degree in English Literature. I also have a good Fine Art degree from Chelsea College of Art and Design. I have been a private tutor for twenty years, and have taught many children in that time.

I am currently tutoring in Wadebridge in Cornwall but can offer Skype or Zoom lessons.

Teaching Experience:
I have taught at undergraduate level at university as well as writing skills in an academic skills centre. I have also taught SATs to thirteen year olds. I have a PTTLs degree level 4 qualification and taught on an Access Course to adult learners.

As Senior Teacher/ Teacher in Charge, of a Medical Pupil Referral Unit I headed up a dedicated team of skilled teachers who worked with young people on a 1:1 and small group basis. I graduated from the University of Oxford in 2011 with a degree in Experimental Psychology, and received a Masters in 2015. My first step is always to assess exactly where my student is at so that I can plan the content for sessions accordingly and make sure that they get the best out of each lesson. If there are any gaps in the foundations of their knowledge we can then attack these head on. My approach is thus very organised and tailored to the specific needs of the student, with small goals set per session alongside a long term goal to work towards. I have a First Class law degree from the University of Oxford and have almost 10 years of tutoring experience. At university, I was the Editor-in-Chief of the prestigious Oxford University Undergraduate Law Journal. During my time at Oxford, I also published an article in the journal which was awarded the 'Best Private Law' prize, as adjudicated by the former President of the Supreme Court, Lord Neuberger. I also regularly won prizes for my academic work. Alongside my academics, I also mentored several students with various access schemes and assisted with outreach programmes.

I take a very hands on approach by closely following the relevant curriculum and asking students to submit answers to past paper questions. I regularly mark answers, and have provided sample answers so that students have a better idea of the level of detail required to get a First Class mark.

Hello, I am Sankalp and I hold a Master's degree in Law. I also have a Bachelor's degree in Education and I pride myself in helping learners understand complex course material by breaking them into simple, easy-to-understand information. Working in the legal field has exposed me to numerous cases and claims that I use in teaching case analysis while allowing me to provide legal training to adults and health professionals. I am an easy going fellow and love to build a rapport with my students to create a conducive learning environment and ensure my students have a great time while learning. I have been a tutor for 6 years and have worked with a diverse group of learners. I tutor individuals on legal case management to help them analyze and manage claims and cases and prepare inquests. I also teach English, with a focus on public speaking to help individuals gain more confidence and improve the English speaking skills, particularly ESL learners.

I achieved mostly 9s in my GCSE's most notably in English literature, English language, History and French.
For my A levels I obtained an A* in Religion and Philosophy, an A in English literature and a B History.
