Let me briefly describe you my past experience. I was born in Saint-Petersburg and graduated from Russain State University of Foreign Languages, I have a master's degree in teaching of modern languages. I have been working first at school, then privately for more than 15 years.

I started teaching Russian at Trent College in Derbyshire as an extra-curricular activity for a group of students in year 7-8 and 9, providing all the teaching materials and authentic programme. I covered all the main parts in terms of philology and diverse the lessons with curious facts about the country, traditions and customs. At the end of one term course, students had basic skills in reading and writing, they were able to introduce themselves and speak on common themes (hobbies, cuisine, travelling etc). Tutoring Approach:
My approach is personalised and supportive. I begin with an initial assessment to identify your child's strengths, areas for development and specific support required, and continually assess and adapt sessions to ensure they are making progress. I have extensive experience supporting children from a wide range of backgrounds, including children with SEND and English as an Additional Language (EAL).

My aim is not only to improve attainment, but to build confidence, independence and a positive attitude towards learning. I believe face-to-face tutoring is the most effective way to build a strong relationship for learning and get the most out of children, although online sessions can be arranged where necessary.

I'm a Russell Group education student at the University of Manchester, working toward PGCE with QTS. I've completed 240+ hours of TEFL/TESOL training and have a strong academic background in, English, Web Design, etc. I'm patient, reliable, and passionate about helping students build confidence.

Teaching Experience:
I've tutored GCSE and A-Level students informally, helping them improve grades through structured practice and clear explanations. My TEFL/TESOL training gave me tools to break down complex ideas and adapt to different learning styles. I'm comfortable teaching ages 11-18 across core subjects.

Tutoring Approach:
Every student learns differently. I start by identifying gaps, then build from fundamentals with clear examples and lots of practice. I encourage questions and make sessions interactive, no lecturing. My goal is to make students feel confident enough to tackle problems independently.
