I decided to start tutoring after my experience in trying to get tutors for my own children. As a professional working internationally I thought it would be easy to hand over this important element of their education to someone with both experience and patience. My notion was quickly turned on its head. The Tutors I found taught textbook style with the one shoe fits all approach. My children and others didn't fit into that mould. Bonjour ! I am French native speaker fully qualified to teach French in secondary school. I have a wide range of experience in teaching from nursery to secondary settings, as I have also a master in education in France to teach primary and nursery children.

Seven years ago, I decided to move to Scotland where I started as a nursery practitioner in Edinburgh: my enjoyment of teaching my native language encouraged me to get the full qualification to be able to improve my teaching practice and to teach French at different level and range of students.
