My approach to teaching is to get to know my students and identify their particular needs, then, working together, devising a programme best suited to them. I am flexible and adaptable according to the student's needs, learning style and learning barriers.

Hi, I learnt Spanish in Spain amongst Spanish friends and at the Escuela de Idiomas (language school) in Alicante. I have 2 daughters of which both speak Spanish and my husband who is Spanish. I love everything that is Spanish: the food, the wine, the weather and of course the Spanish people and culture. I initially lived for 4 years in Alicante where I learnt the solid foundation of the language. After working in this school for 21 years, I have just retired but miss the excitement of teaching.

I believe that by engaging with each student on a cognitive level, I am able to establish a positive rapport with them.
