I am a graduate in Physics with Astrophysics, which was a four year degree, which included me living and learning in Italy. My degree was challenging yet enjoyable, and contained a lot of Maths, which to me was great! As a born communicator writing and teaching have always appealed, and having spent the last decade tutoring and working for the Institute of Physics, I can definitely say I enjoy it as much now as I did when I started.. I also have a qualification in teaching English as a foreign language.

For the last 12 years I have taught a wide variety of learners from the age of 6 all the way up to 45! This includes Maths, physics, and EFL at all levels, as well as English language/literature and Biology and Chemistry up to GCSE. I also taught children EFL for 6 weeks over a summer. I always try to make my lessons fun and my aim is to always tailor my method to suit the student's individual needs. In my language lessons I tend to focus on the student's oral communication skills. hi :) my name is Ana and I am a Portuguese native speaker my second language is English. I live in Uk for 12 years where I've taken English course . My main language daily is English at work, at home.

Teaching Experience:
I have tutoring for over 5 years now. I have being tutoring adults, children and teenagers to achieve their gcse and even famous football players. People have been searching for me for short time classes so they are able to travel and understand the foreign language.

I understand learning a new language is not easy and also can be frustrating, but reassure yourself I am happy to repeat every matter until you understand and I will assess your difficulties and make sure you can overtake any challenges you may encounter during your tutoring time. I do tutor online mainly but I'm willing to travel if you live nearby and for a extra cost.
