Having tutored 50+ students over 5 years, I believe the role of a tutor is much more than helping them understand the course material in a clear and succinct way. Instead, planning ahead to achieve short to long term objectives with the student, such as a target predicted grade is especially important in motivating the student. My own method of succeeding in exams was centred around deconstructing past papers at the very beginning of the learning process. I find that most students are capable of learning the content of the GCSE or A level syllabus, can remember the main concepts, but struggle to write a coherent A grade essay. If this is your weakness, then I will focus on developing your essay writing skills and I have lots of resources which I use to do this.
I understand that some of the economics and business concepts can be quite complex and some of the diagrams challenging, so I will be very patient with you and will make sure you fully understand every topic in the syllabus.
