I'm a certified teacher working as a tutor for students in Norfolk and across the UK. In university I completed a specialist in psychology, while also minoring in English literature. I also completed my teachers' training, specialising in English, as well as excelling in teaching maths and technology. Here is a list of the subjects and levels I tutor:

I started working as a tutor in London and Surrey in 2013/2014, mainly for students who had been excluded from school. In 2015 I relocated and began tutoring private clients in East Anglia. In 2016 I started offering online tuition, first using Skype, and now with Zoom. I now tutor virtually all of my students online, though I will occasionally tutor at a student's home when my schedule permits.

Tutoring Approach:
For younger students, I assess them on their first appointment to see where their strengths and weaknesses are. Engineering is one of the hardest subjects you can study, and it doesn't help when module content is disorganised, learning materials are messy and hard to follow, and when lecturers are too busy to respond to your questions. My overall aim is to teach you to become an independent learner, to teach you how to learn, so that you can learn regardless of the support from your university, and so you can continue learning when you leave university into whatever career path you take.

I have been teaching since the 2010/2011 academic year where I achieved my ICT PGCE. I completed my NQT year at a secondary school in Loughton teaching ICT to all year groups before an opportunity came up at my current school (Secondary and sixth form) in 2012.

There I have been incharge of running Edexcel GCSE computer science since it began in 2013 while also teaching OCR A level computer science since I started at the school. Previously I have also taught both GCSE and A level ICT and functional skills ICT although both no longer exist.

As mentioned above I have also been an exam marker on the OCR exam board since 2018, in the last exam series (2022) I was assessed as marking to a 'high standard.'
