I believe every individual has their own way that they find easiest to learn and absorb most easily and part of being an effective tutor is to identify the learning style of students and this is achieved through careful listening, observation, discussion and modes of work (speaking, writing, drawing) etc). In the IB the overall approach os concept based learning where students are helped to develop tbeir own powers of deduction, reasoning and problem solving and this is my approach to tutoring (and teaching). Personal Description:
I am a very experienced teacher of Business both GCSE and A Level. I have worked in many schools in South Wales and have been Head of Department and a classroom teacher. I am now based in the Vale of Glamorgan.

Teaching Experience:
I have over 25 years of teaching both GCSE and A level business, mostly with WJEC Examination Board but have taught GCSE Edexcel as well.

Tutoring Approach:
I am happy to tailor my experience to your needs and can teach the whole syllabus, individual topics or go through past papers.

Lessons would last for 50 minutes and I am happy to mark past paper questions or go through them with students.
