I approach tutoring different ways depending on who the student is. I aim to provide a solid grounding in the subject while paying close attention to the needs of the individual. An initial meeting establishes the student's needs and the direction tuition should take. We then begin work on a programme of study which focuses on filling gaps in knowledge and addressing any areas of weakness in some cases we conduct a diagnostic test .

In addition to my professional experience in human resources and business management, I have also had the privilege of contributing to academic learning as a Demonstrator (Lecturer) in Human Resource Management at Kaatsu International University (KIU). In this role, I helped students navigate complex HR concepts, providing explanations, facilitating discussions, and offering practical insights into the application of HR theories. My work as a Demonstrator allowed me to bridge the gap between theory and practice, helping students connect classroom learning with real-world business challenges.
