I have completed my PhD in Creative and Critical Writing at UEA. I also have an MA (Distinction) in Creative Writing from Royal Holloway, and a First Class Honours Degree in English Literature. I also have a good Fine Art degree from Chelsea College of Art and Design. I have been a private tutor for twenty years, and have taught many children in that time.

Teaching Experience:
I have taught at undergraduate level at university as well as writing skills in an academic skills centre. I have also taught SATs to thirteen year olds. I have a PTTLs degree level 4 qualification and taught on an Access Course to adult learners.

Teaching Experience:
I began teaching as a French Language Assistant, in the North of England. In the 90's , I moved to London and worked in two secondary schools. I taught 11-16 yrs old pupils, as well as being in charge of GCSE exam preparation.

Having studied French literature at A-Level and as a module within my degree in English literature, I am well versed with the subtleties of the French language for essay writing.

Alongside school, I continued with my Home Tuition Practice and I now exclusively teach privately. From GCSE, A-Level or University Students, I strive to cover all aspects of the curriculum.

I graduated from Wimbledon College of Art, (UAL) in 2012 with an MA in Fine Art and in 2011 with a BA in Fine Art.

My name is Hannah and I am an American watercolour artist with a bachelor's of Fine Art with Honours from New York. I am a visual artist, born and raised in Italy, currently living and working in London. I am a professional and practising international artist with experience in the art industry in the UK, Europe and Asia. My name is Josephine and I'm 32 years old. I'm Danish but have lived in London since 2014 when I did my BA in Fine Art.
I have a Master's Degree in Animation Film from The Royal College of Art.
The past 8 months I've lived in Hebden Bridge between Manchester and Leeds to open our first Studio in FedUP Studio Lab, the production company where I work part time. My role is producer and assistant creative director. I'm a freelancer director in the company as well.
I'm currently living in London where I also arrange workshops in art and animation with galleries, UAL and FedUP Studio Lab. I'm enthusiastic, and I have a great love for knowledge and teaching as much as making films and art.

I enjoy tutoring because the process between student and tutor is wonderful. I learn just as much as my students and when you have worked hard for a while and start to see a shift in their behaviour when studying - understanding or producing - and they end up challenging you or teaching you instead, that is absolutely fantastic. I have been drawing and painting professionally for 14 years. Most of the time I am creating my paintings with pastels and throughout my carrier as an artist, I learned quite a lot about this medium and how to use it to achieve the desired results. I also work with oils. But my private lessons will be concentrated on creating pastel artworks.
I am specializing in pet portraits but I also have done quite a lot of people's portraits and landscapes.

I am passionate about creativity and am an artist and ceramicist, I also work freelance as a printmaker's assistant so I have a wide range of skills. I have worked for many years as an art educator, I am an A level moderator for an exam board which allows me to see work from around the country and enhances my professional development. Hi! My name is Claudia, I'm a 26 year old artist, illustrator, and mum of one.

I work part time in a secondary school/sixth form as an art technician and a large part of my role is assisting our wonderful students with their projects. I often get allocated 1:1 time with students that are having a harder time than others in some way, and I find this element of the job particularly rewarding.
Due to the nature of my work, I have a good understanding of the current curriculum, as well as the GCSE and A-Level programs.

I graduated in 2019 with a bachelors degree in Fine Art from AUB, as well as a foundation diploma in Art & Design from UCA. Since graduating I have been continuously developing my own artistic practice and working on a wide range of commissions, alongside raising my little boy.

I founded my art company in 2017 in Reigate. Mother: My daughters are teenagers now and it`s a privilege to have two girls with whom to share each and every day. Motherhood is an amazing experience which opened up my understanding of people and strengthened my teaching and learning methods. My gratitude and appreciation found new heights through my children. Whether they enter the world of Art, martial arts, or any other field, I`m glad to counsel them that love is not to be sought after but discovered within.

Personal Description:
My namd is Debbie, i'm 48 yrs old and I am based in Preston Lancashire.
I have a City & Guild NVQ in Fashion and Textiles, a NVQ City & Guild in Decorative Epoxy Resin and a BA Hons in Textile Design.

My passion for Art, Crafts and Design has been of paramount importance to me and sharing my knowledge and skills to all learners in these subjects.

I qualified as a Textile Designer from the University of Central Lancashire with a BA Hons degree.
My main subject is Surface Pattern Design, where I enjoy freehand art work and enhance into digital manipulation or a repeat pattern, leading the end result to be printed for either clothing apparel, interior soft furnishings & wallpaper.

From this I gained a valuable insight into the fashion and textiles industry. My love for creating designs has continued throughout the years.

I decided to challenge my passion within Arts and Crafts and teach people that have the same passion as I.

I am currently delivering mixed-media techniques, DTF Sublimation, any Textiles related products to all age groups and organisations. I am also in the process of setting up a Sip and Paint event, this can be a great way of team building for businesses, Hen Parties, Family Events, Couples and much more..

Teaching Experience:
Art-
Adults/Sixth Form/FE Colleges/Universities - one to one tutoring, group workshops.Portfolio preparation, drawing, painting, sketchbook work

Design-
Textiles, fashion design, illustration, visual communications, printmaking, art therapy with the use of colours, Moodboard Creation. Basic Sewing Skills.

Crafts
Mixed media, Mark Making, Sewing (how to make a small bag). Sublimation DTF Printing, T-shirt designs.

Tutoring Approach:
All lessons will involve practical sessions, to include drawing techniques, perspective and visual skills, along with demonstrations handouts (Recording visual drawings, research and ideas in a sketchbook, Annotations will also be encouraged in sketchbook work.

Depending on age groups, I will focus on how to achieve best results to prepare for exams, as well as for portfolio preparations.

Some materials will be provided by myself and by the learner, however, I will be able to suggest where and what materials to purchase.

Lessons will be tailored to the learners personal needs.
