I have been particularly successful helping students to improve their GCSE grade, helping students improve on their mock result. I am fully upto date with the latest syllabus requirements.

Tutoring Approach:
I concentrate on working with the student's perceived weaknesses and on common exam mistakes. In the case of GCSE and A levels it is often the student who leads and asks for help with specific issues. Additionally, I always revise the main elements of the syllabus and give the student plenty of practice with examples of written work.

I am a 33 year old ICT teacher and I am in my 12th year of ICT/Computing and Business teaching. I have taught in both schools and college, and teach a range of qualifications including OCR Technicals, HNC, BTEC Nationals, GCSE's, OCR Nationals, OCR GCSE and OCR iMedia. I have also taught a higher level foundation degree programme. I am easy to get along with and put a lot of my success down to forging a positive relationship with each student. I am a bilingual native speaker from the Loire Valley in France, have a Master's Degree in French as a Foreign Language and have worked in the UK since 1998 as a French teacher and in Community Education.

Teaching Experience:
I began teaching French in 1991 as a French assistant in a secondary school and throughout 1995-6 undertook Training Placements at l'Institut de Touraine, l'Université François Rabelais and le Centre Linguistique pour Étranger (CLE) de Tours. I'm Nonie. I'm originally from Taiwan. I have lived and studied in several countries and speak several languages. I speak fluent Mandarin, Taiwanese, English and Japanese. I also speak conversational German and Spanish. I haven't stopped learning languages because it's such a fun thing to do.

I have taught in junior school and secondary schools in England for a few years. Now I base in Wales. I work with Confucius Institute teachings students in University of Wales Trinity Saint David. I also give private lessons in person and online. Apart from that, from time to time, I work with the Reaching Wider Department of Swansea University, teaching Mandarin, the culture and the art of writing such as Chinese Calligraphy to pupils of different ages.
