I am a lecturer, assessor, mentor and trainer, having vast experience of teaching business-related subjects with a reputed university in the Northwest. I also deliver consultancy and research. I offer a stimulating learning environment that encourages students to trust their own opinions while foresting confidence for students to realise their full potential.
For Businesses; I deliver, Project management, Lean and Agile Process Development and E-commerce Management Training. That includes E-commerce Business setup from startup, Training on Supply Chain and Logistics, Branding, Multichannel Selling and Building a Global e-commerce business. In recent years, a few companies, I consulted have achieved over £1m sales turnover within a first financial year.

Teaching Experience:
Teaching experience of over 7 years in Higher Education, my students achieved extensive results and success rate by 100%. I am teaching and mentoring more than 50 students per year as a personal tutor. I have supervised over 45 Masters and PhD students for Research Projects until January 2017. On an average, my students obtained 72 percent (%) marks in assessments and dissertations.

I use and offer a fully equipped classroom near Manchester city centre for group teaching.

I was born in Germany to British parents and lived there for 8 years before coming over to the UK to live. I also spent a total of 2 further years over there in Southern and Northern Germany after my A Levels and during my undergraduate degree to further my knowledge, working for OSRAM GmbH and studying at the Freie Universität Berlin.

Teaching Experience:
I graduated with a degree in German and Drama, with First Class Honours, in July 2010, from Queen Mary, University of London and have just completed a PGCE (Secondary) in Modern Foreign Languages (German with French), at the Institute of Education, University of London, also gaining QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) from the GTCE (General Teaching Council for England).

The rapport with the parent is as just as important as the tutee. In order to make a success of the tuition, it's paramount to have a good professional relationship with both. I use feedback from the tutee's parent (via a school report) and informal feedback from the tutee to create an Individual Tuition Plan which includes setting three clear targets. Depending on the key stage and ability of the tutee, this can range anything from parenthetic comma use to translating Chaucerian poetry!

I have taught physics up to A-level, and some Key Stage 4 maths, for 15 years. My PhD in engineering was in mathematical modelling hence I am able to teach both maths and physics. I also do Oxbridge engineering and physics preparation and have much experience in this area.

I have been a qualified teacher for over a year, having worked predominantly in the Tameside region of Manchester. I am a graduate of University of Southampton and Queen Mary University of London. I recieved a BSc in Biomedical Science and an MSc in Forensic Medical Science at both of these universities (respectively). Since graduation, I have been volunteering to work with a few GCSE students, focusing on improving their grades and understanding of Maths and Biology. I am most passionate about biology, particularly human biology, physiology, and anatomy and this is where my strengths lie within biology. In my own experience, letting students inform me of their preferred learning style and adjusting accordingly has been the most effective approach to learning.
