As a part of my first degree, I developed essential and transferable scientific skills which I now teach my students. I specialised on studies, on how drugs are discovered, developed and used to treat diseases. My approach to teaching is to first find out my student's weaknesses and turn it into their strengths;I am a great believer in personalised teaching, so I produce my own resources such as short educative videos, mind maps, simplified flash cards on complex terms, to meet the needs of my students. I also like to bring the best out of my students by practically using every method available. I do a one week adaptability approach to see which method suits the student the most and then based upon this, I will design the progress tracking sheet together with the pace suitable for my student to achieve their learning goal.

I am a researcher at Kings College London. I do research on biology, genetics and neuroscience. In addition, I give lectures and run tutorials to biology, chemistry and medicine undergraduate students on genetics, evolution and neurobiology. İ am a graduate of veterinary medicine and worked as a veterinary surgeon for three years before moving to research. İn addition to Turkish, which is my mother language, I am very efficient in English and French and good in Dutch.

I was born in Turkey and finished my high school as well as Veterinary undergraduate education in Istanbul, Turkey. Then I moved to London to do a PhD in Psychiatry Genetics and since then I work / live in London.

Susannah is a Master's graduate from Trinity Laban Conservatoire, London, where she was supported by the Dame Felicity Lott Bursary and The Seary Trust.

Susannah is a member of the Aureus Trio, exploring works for flute, cello and piano.

Whilst at Trinity, Susannah was chosen to participate in the conservatoire's side-by-side orchestral project scheme, performing alongside professional flautists from the Philharmonia Orchestra and Welsh National Opera Orchestra. With numerous ensembles, Susannah has played at Blackheath Halls, St. James Piccadilly, Institute of Contemporary Arts and St John's Smith Square, among other venues.

Susannah is a keen chamber musician, and has played with a wide variety of instrumentalists and singers, and has participated in the British Isles Music Festival for several years.

Susannah is pursuing a freelance performing career; working with various ensembles as well as playing in chamber music recitals. A 2019 highlight was performing as the Aureus Trio on a cruise around the Indian Ocean.
