I work as a practicing artist, lecturer and illustrator I feel extremely lucky have been able throughout my working life to combine two of my favourite things, art & nature.

My award winning work has sold widely across the UK and in the USA. Careful study, thoughtful composition, and atmosphere are the key elements that go into my personal work.

I have been an external examiner for several programmes and I am currently a certfied moderator for Access to HE Art, Design & Media Diplomas through Ascentis.

Teaching Experience:
dI have over 25 years experience teaching degree level, HND and ND levels of illustration, drawing and illustration industrial placement. More recently I have collaborated to design workshops and short courses in art and illustration, working with organisations and individuals. I have been teaching languages for over 20 years in a variety of settings: comprehensive, state grammar, independent senior and Prep. Research Methods (MBA dissertation) with P. - I helped P. prepare a first class approach for the research methodology of his MBA dissertation and to identify articles in arabic that were relevant for his topic.

BSc, Project Management Essay with J. - J. was under intense time pressure to deliver his project management essay and prepare for his exams at the same time. I worked with him two days in a row so that he could achieve high results in both.

BSc, Management, Accounting & Economic Philosophy assignments tuition with T. - T. is a hard working student from China. Unfortunately, his brilliance and knowledge was not emerging following his first essay results. From January 2009 until present I have been teaching children from the age 3 -18-year-old and adults. I am using the communicative methods to teach my students. I started to work as a private Tutor of Russian as soon as I came to London. I am aware the A Level syllabus has now changed from modular to linear, and have tutored a Year 12 student doing Mathematics under the new course. The content is very similar to previous years - it is just the style of the exam that has changed!

I have taken on a number of leadership roles, both in school and in my freetime. I ran House Art, an intraschool competition, during Year 13, and held the rank of Corporal for the last few years of my time as a cadet as part of St John Ambulance.
