I Utilize Various Teaching Skills and Techniques to Address Individual Needs -

Each learner is unique and absorbs information in their own way, so I apply various teaching strategies and techniques tailored to each individual. To illustrate my approach, I categorize learners into children and adults. Children typically have a limited attention span but are drawn to games, stories, songs, and rhymes, so I incorporate interactive activities of this nature into the classroom. This approach helps words and sentences to be absorbed more easily and naturally, keeping the children fully focused and engaged. Colourful flashcards are both enjoyable and effective. Three weeks later I took a Chinese proficiency test and placed at mid-novice level (the test was aimed at people who had 120+ hours learning time, I had eight hours under my belt). I have a degree in Physics from the University of Nottingham and have taught Science in schools for over 8 years. My main aim is to help students find that spark of excitement and aspiration in their studies. I strongly believe that a students success is not only getting that grade at the end but finding that passion for the future.

Tutoring Approach:
I offer bespoke tutoring to meet individual needs of the learner. I will work very closely with the learner to see how best to assist them in reaching their learning goals. I am friendly with a great sense of humor whilst very professional and driven.
