I currently teach ONLINE and offer the FIRST HALF HOUR FREE as a goodwill gesture and I am also trained as a secondary school teacher and am up to date with the current exam requirements. I also charge 45p per mile round-trip and tutor online via SKYPE Web cam.

Although I am not a native French person I am a trainee French teacher and am a fluent speaker over the last 20 years, I understand that some people require a native speaker but not everyone can teach and I can prove my ability through my numerous high achievers and results. I am an excellent teacher and all my students grades get up to A* when they take my advise.

I am doing a PGCE in Teaching French in secondary schools and will complete in June 2020. I tailor my lessons via different types of presentations to suit the individual learner from my laptop and I am familiar with all exam boards including AQA, OCR, WJEC, Edexcel and Eduqas (new GCSE exam-board) etc. I also use a range of textbooks depending on the students requirements. I was born into a French-speaking family and have spoken French my entire life. I have a BA from the London School of Economics in French and Linguistics. I have also lived in France for several years. I have taught French privately for over 20 years and many of my students achieve very high standards. I am very dedicated to my students and try and get the best out of them and build their confidence. I can turn the most hopeless student in French into a budding linguist. Welcome, artist friend! I am Calina and I have been studying art since 1986. I have created the way in this field for more than 35 years. Currently I live and create at my studio in Lower Earley (Reading). I love and I am pleased to expanding the field of Abstract Expressionism. I use simplified shapes with small details in the descriptive scenes.
A big part of my inspiration comes from the natural surroundings and through my travels. The main topic that I approach it is landscape, in all moods and mysteries. Through my art I would like to share with you different states of nature.The composition is balanced by the characters you always find in nature: different species of trees, wild animals and their world. The diversity of materials that I use helps me to create in the smallest details, impressions created about the natural world and our experiences with it.
My works can be found in numerous private and corporate collections throughout the United Kingdom and internationally. I can't imagine a single day without the colours, brushes and canvases.

As a youngster I always enjoyed art and sold my first paintings in my early teens. I then trained and studied the history of art at Maidstone College of Art and at The University of Wales.

After a career in graphic design & communications I re-started my career as an artist in 2014. I have been a member of various art groups for several years and I have been fortunate to win awards at local art exhibitions.

I paint landscapes and figurative subjects in a suggestive and vibrant style, and draw inspiration from mood and atmosphere in the world around me. I exhibit and sell locally and my work is gaining in popularity in local galleries. I also run workshops.

I am inspired by my contemporaries who push the boundaries of their respective media. I am also often reminded of my early successes and the artists who inspired me as a student. My goals are to find new surprises by combining persistence with experimentation and 'happy accident'.
