Hello, I am 21, live in Hull and have been playing the drums for around 5 years. I am currently studying Music Performance at university and have just finished my first year in Bristol. I have lots of experience playing live with various artists and bands. I play many styles and appreciate all music as an art. I mainly play pop, rock and metal but am well grounded in jazz, latin, reggae, drum and bass, blues, hip hop and funk.

I have experience teaching; I started off doing it voluntarily to assist friends but the interest grew and I began getting more and more into it teaching from my home on my acoustic kit. I keep growing as a player and as a teacher.

I am very passionate about teaching as I believe a good player doesn't make a good teacher. I believe in breaking things down to the simplest level to give the student the best foundation possible. I teach everything from beginner to advanced, all in accordance to want the student wants mostly, then I will create an appropriate plan for he/she. My approach to teaching involves a thorough revision of RUAE(close reading)using a variety of textbooks and also pass papers for practice in preparation for external assessments. Writing skills would also be developed for a variety of writing purposes such as imaginative, argumentative and persuasive essays for national 5 and Higher level folios. The critical essay element of English courses will be explained and skills in this area developed via practice aided by detailed notes and planning sheets on the studied texts. I have been a fully qualified teacher for over 6 years and I absolutely love what I do! Paolo is an Italian songwriter, composer, and stage director based in London.

He has independently composed, produced, and released solo albums, as well as soundtracks for theatre productions and songs for other artists. Beginning his music career in 1992, Paolo is also an accomplished singer and guitarist who has performed across Europe and collaborated with numerous international artists.

His unique writing style has evolved over years of traveling, literary studies, and ongoing poetic exploration, which earned him first prize in poetry at the Pirandello Stable Festival in 2012.

Paolo's theatre and cinema career began in 1998. Alongside intensive drama school training, he spent seven years honing his acting and directing skills at the Teatro Regio di Torino, working under renowned directors Franco Zeffirelli, José Carlos Plaza, Ugo De Ana, Giuseppe Patroni Griffi, and John Cox.

Since 2002, he has written and directed numerous plays, including The Bald Soprano by Ionesco, The Trojan Women by Euripides, and A Doll's House by Ibsen, staged in various UK venues.

Throughout his career, Paolo has taught Italian Literature, Humanities, Music, and Geography in primary and secondary schools and academies.
