Personal Description:

Hello,

I am a New Zealander who is currently working as a Supply Teacher in the Brighton. I am a fully qualified teacher who has experience in the class room.
I love to teach!

Tutoring Approach:

I like to find out about the child I am teaching, what interests them, what do they find fun, what is their learning style and what motivates them to learn. Often children who are struggling at school need an extra boost in a one on one environment. I create an environment where learning is fun and it is is o.k to make mistakes.
To begin with I find out what the child does know. Often children need to be boosted with this knowledge to regain their confidence. Once this has been established we can together set goals that are achievable and attainable.
