Personal Description:
I have just graduated from the prestigious Royal Academy of Dramatic Art, where I trained for three years as an actress. Before moving to London, I have been involved in a wide variety of things. I studied Law and International Relations before living in China for six months and then returning to Ireland to begin drama classes. I am a major music fan who idolises Bob Dylan and love the band Kings of Leon. I love watching films and reading, and loved living in Barcelona for a summer a few years ago which allowed me to spend most of my time in the sea.
Teaching Experience:
I have taught English as a Foreign Language to children in China and to teenage and adult learners in Ireland. This also involved one-on-one classes.
Tutoring Approach:
I believe in adapting my style to suit the learner as the most important thing is to engage him/her in what they are studying. I find that once they are interested in a subject, everything flows from there. As a drama student I tend to use creativity to make things more fun.
