Teaching Experience:
For the past year, I have been a Systems Trainer for a global, industry-leading hotel brand, as part of a global project to install a new property management system into each hotel. Before, I worked for their IT Helpdesk.
In additional to this, I work as a freelance trainer to the hospitality industry, providing classroom-based learning programmes and 1-2-1 coaching. I have designed my own training courses, which are constantly being updated and developed to reflect the current business environment.
