Information About Lisa:
Personal Description:
A graduate in Statistical Geography, I am highly literate and numerate with a career as a customer service trainer. I have always found the education and development of staff enjoyable and feel that I have the skills set to coach and tutor students from exam preparation to everyday academic skills
Teaching Experience:
Having tutored friends and family up to and including GCSE level - specialising in exam preparation in all disciplines for science and mathematics - I wish to move into private tutoring. I have an experience of teaching a variety of ages, from children to adults and also have experience of teaching adults with learning difficulties.
Tutoring Approach:
I have an aptitude for figures and logic and a good knowledge of Mathematics, Geography and English up to and beyond A Level. I am patient and can work at a variety of paces in order for the tutee establish a full and complete understanding. My lessons are delivered in a friendly and welcoming manner, and my in depth understanding of the subjects also means that I am able to approach the subject from many different angles in order to suit the tutee.
