Information About Alva:
Personal Description:
I have graduated from Imperial College, having studied biochemistry and am now pursuing my PhD in London. I enjoy teaching and am looking to tutor in biological sciences to undergraduate students, A level students or those studying for GCSE examinations.
Teaching Experience:
Previously I have experience in tutoring A level students in biology and chemistry. I have also taught many undergraduate students by given small group tutorials and lab practical demonstration.
Tutoring Approach:
I enjoy the one on one teaching as you can focus on students targets and the student will be able to see much improved results. I also try to understand the weakness in the students' knowledge quickly, and try to increase their understanding of the principals behind the problem areas.
