I approach tutoring with close communication between the myself, the parents and the tutee. I am honest; telling parents abut their child's strengths as well as encouragin realistic but challenging expectations. I tailor tuition to the needs of the child and make it as fun and enjoyable as possible. I have found that my role as a tutor is often as much about building confidence as it is about learning.
