* Worked for University of Cambridge International Examinations (CIE) in China as Academic Head was responsible for English, ICT, Business, Physics and Mathematics. Managed team of 14 other Subject Teachers and successfully delivered IGCSE (as equivalent to the UK GCSE), GCE O-level and A-level curriculum both exam paper and coursework with accordance of UK national standards and subject unit specifications.
* Achieved 91 % of students pass rate and helped 59 students for their further education in an international centre.
* Voted as Best teacher in a poll of 2005 by student and student's parents. Rating was based on effective classroom management, multicultural awareness, and student motivation, interactive learning and differentiated instruction.
* While Working for Lambton College- Canada in China developed ICT curriculum and implemented Computer Aided Education on Win 2000 Professional Server, System Analysis & Designing and Technical Electronics.
