Personal Description:
I completed my Meng Joint honours in engineering at Birmingham University. I was one of the high achieving pupils that succeeded to obtain a high 2:1. My tutoring of small engineering groups ignited a spark for teaching and in August 2006 I completed my PGCE in ICT. In my PGCE I took to teaching naturally and have an instinctive ability to motivate pupils in their studies. Iam enthusiactic, motivated and hard working.
Teaching Experience:
Shortly after registration with the GTCW I started supply work. I have worked in secondary and primary schools across south wales. I be fully booked on temporary contracts. The schools praise my teaching capability. I have the confidence, determination and perseverance in making you achieve your utmost.
Tutoring Approach:
1)Assessment of Knowledge and Understanding in desired topic
2)Identify individual target plans to improve knowledge and understanding
3)Tutor the pupils with engaging and memorable resources
4)Progress through curriculum on this topic
5)Conduct Assessments through pupils progression to ensure tutoring outcomes are being met
