Personal Description:
I'm a bubbly and enthusiastic young primary teacher. I am very passionate about what I do and I believe that every child should have the opportunity to reach their full potential. I find it very rewarding when a child gains the skills and the confidence to overcome any difficulties they may have had.
Teaching Experience:
I am a fully qualified primary teacher. Although I have been teaching for only 3 years, I have had experience of working with children of all ages and I have delivered lessons across the curriculum. I have also worked with international students between the ages of 12 and 18, teaching English as a Second Language.
Tutoring Approach:
I provide calm and supportive teaching and work on confidence building as well as the acquisition of skills. I find it useful to relate teaching to what the child is interested in. I will work with children/parents to set both short and long term goals of what they want to achieve and communicate clearly about current performances and where strengths and weaknesses lie.
