Personal Description:
hi my name is alka, I am 42 years old. I am very friendly and approachable. I have an excellent teaching manner and can make even the most computer novice - become confident and proficient in I.T. I have a relaxed approach and a very excellent teaching reputation.
Teaching Experience:
I have been teaching at a number of places for the past 15 years. I teach a mainstream schools/colleges and community centres. I speak gujarati fluently and a lot of my students are ladies aged over 50 years, who have a little english. So my language comes in handy. I teach a variety of I.T. qualifications ranging from NEW clait and CLAIT PLUS AND ECDL. These are the qualificaions that most employers are looking for when applying for I.T./ secretarial vacancies.
Tutoring Approach:
I have a relaxed friendly approach to teaching. I have a good repore with my students and always listen and take each students needs individually. I have excellent resources available and will always make the students feel at ease and good about themselves.
