Experienced, patient, friendly tutor available for maths or physics tuition in Cambridge and surrounding area, able to visit student's home.
- First degree in physics from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (US)
- One year spent as full-time private tutor of maths and science subjects in Boston (US), ages 10-25.
- Maths postgraduate student at Cambridge University
Teaching Experience:
I have worked extensively with secondary school students on cousework, preparation for entrance exams (such as ISEE 13+), GCSE and A-level style exams, and academic enrichment for kids who want a challenge beyond school lessons.
I also have experience working with:
- Undergraduates taking maths or physics courses.
- Postgraduates requiring maths and data analysis skills for research.
- Professionals brushing up on or learning new math skills, for work or new qualifications.

I try to adapt my tutoring style to each student's learning style, and believe in patience, confidence-building, challenge, and results. I work with students (and parents, where applicable) to tailor tutoring sessions to each student's needs.
